About the role:

With our experience and capital backing, we’re working for someone to plan and manage various work streams. To help us achieve our vision and stay on track while completing projects around the world, we’re looking for an engineering product manager to provide invaluable support to Project Managers in Europe. Working closely with the flight operations team and the commercial team, you will be a vital point of contact for our project managers and enable the success of our life-changing projects.

What You’ll Do: 

• You will think critically and laterally, to identify the best person to solve a problem, come up with creative solutions, and generally ensure that our life-saving operations run smoothly
• You can maintain clear communication across teams, departments, and partners to ensure all are aware of critical dates, and milestones and that deadlines have been met
• Build your teams by hiring and coaching world-class engineering design and test teams 
• Manage the requirements and verification test plans of the TA’s long-range precision strike drones within your team
• Create and manage milestones and deliverables with your team for both product design and test milestones 
• Maintain visibility across the hardware your team owns, and have the ability to deep dive into projects and challenges 
• Liaise with other technical leaders both within and outside of your team (Field Operations, System Test, New Product Introduction, Manufacturing Test, and more) 
• Leverage your technical leadership experience in hardware design to establish a team culture that biases towards action and tests ideas to achieve radically simple designs 
• Motivate your team with a clear vision and create ambitious plans for your team’s work while holding a high bar for technical quality 
• Establish best practices, and standards, and design and release review processes that enable both high-speed development and rigorous execution
