About the team

We’re a team of data scientists and software engineers working to democratize Terminal Autonomy’s data. We ensure every employee has timely access to relevant, accurate data, closing the gap between our teams and customers.

About the role

As a lawyer for TA, you would be required to:

• Be fluent in spoken and written English and Ukrainian and have a robust local network.
• Negotiate and draft contracts, leases, and other documents
• Prepare, review, and monitor basic corporate contracts and agreements
• Manage litigation and other legal claims
• Advise management on relevant legal matters
• Develop and oversee litigation and dispute resolution strategies
• Manage outside counsel
• Represent the company in court or before administrative agencies
• Develop and submit reports to senior management
